Are your oils pure?
Each product page lists its full ingredients. Single-ingredient products are clearly identified, while blends name every included oil.
How do I pay?
At checkout, enter the Kenyan Safaricom number you want to use. An official M-Pesa prompt will appear on that phone.
Can I use oils on sensitive skin?
Patch test first. Essential oils must be diluted, and you should stop using any product that causes irritation.
How do I track an order?
Use your order number and the secure access link from your confirmation screen, or sign in to view your order history.
Are the prices tax-inclusive?
Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
How should I store my products?
Keep bottles and jars tightly closed, away from direct sunlight, excess heat and moisture.
