Delivery
Nairobi orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Other counties typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery charges apply to every order, with the final rate and estimate shown at checkout.
Returns
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened personal-care products and powders cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of any issue.
Failed delivery
Our delivery partner will use the phone number supplied at checkout. Redelivery charges may apply when a delivery cannot be completed after reasonable contact attempts.
